Brooke Walano began dancing at 3 years old and movement has been her life’s passion ever since. She grew up in Jupiter, Florida where she attended A.W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts. After graduating high school in 2011, she moved to New York City to attend the Alvin Ailey/Fordham B.F.A. program where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in May, 2015. She has danced professionally with multiple NYC based contemporary companies which allowed her to perform and tour both state side and internationally. Her fitness career began in 2017 when she became a Physique 57 trainer. By 2019, Brooke was promoted to Master Trainer. In this role, she not only teaches top level classes, but also helps other instructors find their voice and confidence to inspire others. Brooke is nurturing, present, and high energy. Her experience has made her passionate for both group fitness and private training. Brooke has her personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She feels very fulfilled by connecting with people one-on-one to help them achieve their goals!
